What is Machine types?

Machine types is the set of formats a brand sells, so it shows how much choice you have under one roof. 1st In Coffee has the broadest mix at espresso, bean to cup and pod, covering manual espresso and pod machines as well. Arno lists espresso, bean to cup and pod, while Beko stays with espresso, bean to cup and drip and leaves out pods. Baratza is a specialist, listing grinder alone, and AirWin Group sells espresso and portable espresso for smaller setups. A brand with several types lets you step up or down while keeping the same support and spares, which matters most if you are not settled on one format yet.
